Pistachio and Pear Salad

Directions:

  1. Wash and clean your choice of sharp greens.
  2. Wisk together the VOM FASS FassZination Pistachio Oil and VOM FASS Pear Balsamic Vinegar.
  3. Toss the sharp greens, pistachio pear dressing, goat cheese, green onions and pears. 
  4. Serve on a plate and top with pistachios. 

(You can also substitute pine nuts for pistachios as pictured.)
