This delicious crab appetizer is easy and a favorite in our family. Bill and I enjoy it year round for any occasion we want to make special!
Ingredients:
• 8 oz. softened cream cheese
• 1 ½ TBLS Onion Flakes
• I TBLS Mayo
• 1 TBLS vomFASS Aceto Balsamico Maletti
• 1 TBLS vomFASS Calamansi Balsam
• 1 can premium lump crab—rinse well, drain, squeeze to dry so flakes easily (fresh is even better)
• ½ cup favorite cocktail sauce
• ¼ cup parsley flakes
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients, blend well with hand mixer.. Spread blended mixture on plate. (10-12 inch plate)
2. Cover and refrigerate until needed.--Can freeze-makes it easier to spread cocktail sauce.
Before serving, spread a generous layer of cocktail sauce on base.
3. Flake on lumped crab. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Serve with crackers
